  25. 3-4 Potatoes (Steamed, Peeled and Chopped/Mashed)

Steps to make to make Rava Dosa with Potato Masala

  1. Firstly, add rava, wheat flour and gram flour to a mixer grinder and grind into powder only for a minute.
  2. Transfer this powder into a large mixing bowl.

Put a few drops of oil on the pan and spread with a paper towel all over the pan. This helps to cool down the pan and spread the batter in a thin layer.
