  6. Roll chunks of the meat mixture into balls and chuck in a oiled frying pan and cook on medium heat, make sure to keep rolling them around. Once the outsides are cooked chuck them on an oven tray and into the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200°c.
  7. Put the cooked cauliflower into a bowl and spice with cumin, turmeric, pepper and paprika and mix around. Then place on an oven tray along side the meat balls but cook for 15-20 minutes and turn it onto high heat once the meatballs have been pulled out.
  8. For the sauce add the tahini, yogurt, olive oil and lemon in a small bowl and mix together and store in a container in the fridge, only add before eating meal.
  9. Then evenly package up everything and done. Preheat food in the microwave before eating.
