  9. Immediately pour into greased in and sprinkle sesame seeds and keep it for steaming for 15 - 20 mins.
  10. When done take out and let it cool for 5 mins.
  11. Now prepare tadka. Heat oil add rai jeera curry leaves and green chillies.
  12. Pour over dhokla.
  13. Now cut and serve hot with choice of ur chutney.
