- Put vegetables in bowl with gram flour, baking soda,salt,cumin seeds & red chilli powder. Mix with water as required to thicker batter.
- Heat up oil and fried pakoras. Golden brown and let it out then from oil on absorbing paper.
- For Mint Yoghurt : crushed mint & green chilli to make paste. Add in yoghurt.
- In yoghurt add ginger garlic paste and salt. Mix well. Mint yoghurt is ready.
