  1. First, I will prepare the Dough to make Gulab Jamun. For this, I will use Mawa.
  2. Add the homemade cheese in the Mawa and mix it well.
  3. Add 1/2 teaspoon of Salt, pinch of Baking Soda, 1 teaspoon Garam Masala, 75 gms of Maida in the mixture.
  4. Add some Milk in the mixture and prepare the Dough.
  5. From the Dough, prepare the small Gulab Jamun balls.
  6. Fry the Gulab Jamun balls in Refined Oil using medium heat, till the Gulab Jamuns are golden brown.
  7. Now I will prepare the Curry. For this, first I will prepare the paste using chopped Tomato, 1 green Chili, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder and Cashew Nuts.
  8. Add Refined oil in Kadhai. Add Cumin seeds, Garlic paste, Ginger paste and fry till it is golden brown.
  9. Add 1 teaspoon of Salt, Onion paste, Turmeric powder and continue stirring the mixture.
  10. When the spices are golden brown, add the Tomato-Cashew Nut paste and stir continuously. Add Kasuri Methi and mix well.
  11. Stir continuously till the oil is getting separated from Spices.
  12. Add beaten Yogurt and mix well. Add Sugar as per taste. Add little water in the curry.
  13. Add the Gulab Jamuns in the Curry and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon of Garam Masala.
  14. Add 1 teaspoon of Ghee and the Gulab Jamun Curry is ready. Garnish with chopped Coiander leaves before serving.
