- 1/4 cup Gram Flour
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tbsp Coriander Powder

- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 3.5 cups Water
- as per taste Salt
- Ingredients for Fritter:
- 1/2cup Gram Flour
- 1 pinch Baking Soda
- 1/2 tbsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1/4 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 Finely Chopped Green Chilli
- Leaves Finely Chopped Coriander
- 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Fresh Spinach Leaves

- Ingredients for Frying:
- as Required Oil
- Ingredients for Tempering:
- 2tbsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- as required Dry Red Peppers

Instructions to make to make Punjabi Kadhi Pakora
- In a wok add oil, fenugreek seeds, black mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let it splutter.
- Add chopped onion and green chillies. Fry it on a low flame.
- In a mixing bowl take yogurt, gram flour, garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and whisk it nicely.
- Add water and pour it in the wok, stir it and let it cook.
- Take an another mixing bowl, add all the ingredients required for making the fritters.
- With the help of the water mix all the ingredients properly.
- In a fresh wok add sufficient oil to fry the fritters.
- After 15 -20 minutes stir the gram flour-yogurt mixture.
- Meanwhile prepare the tempering by adding all the ingredients except red chilli powder.
- Add salt and cook the gram flour- yogurt mixture for an another 20-25 minutes. Add red chilli powder in the tempering after putting off the flame.
- Take a serving dish, pour the mixture, add the fritters, again pour the mixture and finally pour the tempering over the kadhi.
- Punjabi style Kadhi Pakora is ready to serve.
