  1. Take a mixer bowl add besan,sooji,salt,haldi,hing,sugar,salt,baking soda mix well than add yogurt
  2. Mix well add water and make thick consistency batter,rest for 10 minutes for fermentation than transfer into Grease steam or baking tray.
  3. For microwave- cook 5-6 minutes on normal settings on microwave
  4. For steam- take big pan add water when water is boil,pour the dhokla batter in the utensil and cook on low flame for 15 minutes
  5. Check with knife after 15 minutes by inserting it inside the dhokla,if the knife comes out clean,remove it from the flame,allow to dish cool than cut into pieces
  6. For garnish take pan add oil than add red chilli,curry leaves and mustard seeds after cracker sounds comes add 1/4 cup water and half lemon mix well and apply on the dhokla
