  1. Wash all the leaf well, take pressure cooker add leaf, ginger garlic, green chillies, 1 cup water cover the lid and take 4 - 5 whistle on medium flame.
  2. After cooling down, open the lid and grind this leaves in grinder and make a fine paste, keep this paste aside.
  3. Take a pan add ghee heat this ghee on medium flame, then add jeera let them splutter, add finely chopped onion, saute them till onion become pink in colo,
  4. Now add finely chopped tomatoes, cook till tomato become massy.
  5. Now add leaves puree that we have made
  6. Add coriander powder, garam masala, salt mix all well
  7. Cook this sauce on slow flame till it comes little thick consistency
  8. Take a bowl add corn meal, wheat flour, salt and yogurt, mix well now add water make a batter like pancake consistency
  9. Heat nonstick tava, add baking soda in batter, mix well.
  10. Take a ladleful of batter, pour on tava spread it like pancake thickness,
  11. Pour little oil on it, cook it on both side,
  12. Serve hot with spinch sauce
