  1. Firstly, take a mixture jar and blend rava. And transfer the powdered rava to big vessel.
  2. Further add rice flour and wheat flour and mix well. Now add hot oil and combine well.
  3. Furthermore, add curd, salt and sugar and mix it well with whisker. And add water in it & whisk it well. Mix till lumpfree smooth batter is form.
  4. Next, rest it for 15-20 minutes after that add baking soda and mix gently in one direction. Now our batter is ready.
  5. For preparing dosa : take a non-stick pan and pour the dosa on hot pan. Pour oil and roast dosa in both sides in low medium flame until it turns golden brown. One side spread butter on dosa.
  6. And sprinkle finely chopped onions, capsicum and cabbage. And sprinkle chaat masala and pau bhaji masala.
  7. Nextly, fold the dosa. And serve it with coconut chutney, sambhar.
