- Marinade the Mutton medium sized boti with tikka masala, tenderiser, lemon juice,salt, yoghurt,oil, ginger garlic paste for overnight or at least for 3 to 4 hours.. I've marinade it and kept in freezer...when I want I Took out and cooked

- In a frying pan Cook the mutton boti by adding half cup water for 30 minutes on low flame... until tender

- Now prepare the sauce by adding all ingredients in a bowl


- Take a aluminium foil piece and place boti on it....brush the sauce gradually on botis and leave 1 and 1/2 tbs sauce for using later.....

- Now wrap it and bake for 10 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven on 200 degree

- After 15 minutes take out the botis from oven and brush with remaining sauce and enjoy with rice...roti and daal...and green chutney 😋
