- Firstly in a large mixing bowl take Semolina
- Further add curd, amount of curd dependson on the curd thickness so add as required(use sour curd for tasty rava vada)

- Mix well to form batter
- Rest batter for 20 mins,so tht semolina absorbs moisture & swells
- Then add baking soda, add extra curd if requires
- Now grease both hands with oil and take a ball sized dough
- Flatten with hand and make a hole in centre
- Slowly drop into hot oil
- And fry the vadas on medium flame stirring occasionally
- Fry the vadas till they turn golden brown from both the sides
- And drain over kitchen towel to drain excess oil
- Serve hot semolina vadas with chutney of ur choice
